What is an Emergency?


An emergency is any situation that requires immediate attention and cannot wait until regular business hours.


Examples of Housing Emergencies

- No heat during the winter

- No air conditioning during the summer

- No hot water

- An active roof leak

- A plumbing leak from a toilet, sink, faucet, or shower

- A power outage that could result in frozen pipes
